Christ died for the sins of the world, but His resurrection is only for those who believe.

Likewise, we spread His love by helping others, especially those who believe.

Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

As we seek God’s will and are conformed more to the image of Christ, we will want the things God wants. Everything we ask for will be what God wants.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

We know we trust in the hope of salvation and Christ’s return, because He is our God who does not change.

So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.

Saving faith comes from knowing the Gospel: we are all sinners, yet Jesus – God in the flesh – came to live a perfect life and die for our forgiveness and then arose again to life.

Hire can we be saved if we are never told the Gospel?

We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ

True wisdom and knowledge come from God, so everything that denies or contradicts God is clearly false.

Christ proved His deity through His death and resurrection, and we therefore focus on Him.

If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

Our Lord wants give us good things, and as we seek His will He answers yes and gives more and more. Especially of those things go that conform us to Jesus.

And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”

Our God is one who can heal and save to the uttermost.

Have faith in Christ, our Savior and healer of our souls.

VerseD: Romans 12:1

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.

We are not our own, bought with the blood of Christ. We ought to be laying our lives down to serve others in the love and Name of Christ.

VerseD: Isaiah 12:2

“Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.”

In Christ, we can move beyond fear and shame to hope and joy, for He has saved us from our sin and God’s wrath.

Does that not make you want to sing for joy?

The joy of the Lord is my strength.

Our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus’ blood and righteousness. As revealed in Scripture.
