God wants to give us all good things, and that should push us to want to give goodness to others, especially those who have no love for us and Jesus.

Our lives must be ordered by God, and the closer we are to Him the more He uses us to lead others to Christ, neighbors and nations alike.

God chose to create us and then call us friends through Christ, and He promises to complete the task of salvation and restoration of all in and through us. Truat Him.

God chose to create us, then chose to call us friends through the sacrificial death of Christ. Now, He calls us to choose to live a similar life of sacrifice that more friends and brothers and sisters in Christ may be brought together in faith.

Joy & Hope Amidst Life – Philippians 1:21-26

VerseD: Micah 6:8

Mankind, He has told you what is good and what it is the Lord requires of you: to act justly, to love faithfulness, and to walk humbly with your God.

God has redeemed us from death and sin through the cross of Christ, the greatest injustice against to truly faithful one. He now calls us to live like Christ humble faithfulness to bring His justice and grace to the world, leading those who hate Him into fellowship with Him.

Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not conceited

In a world of pain, violence, and oppression, God empowers us to live out the same love and grace that Jesus showed through the cross. The Church should be the place that this is lived out the most in harmony, forgiveness, and patience.

In a world of pain, violence, and oppression, we need the wisdom of God who took these on Himself through the cross of Christ. We have the solution. Let us share Christ with the world.

The world is full of pain, violence, and oppression, but we do not fear and can even bring comfort to others because we know that God is strong and on our side. He took these things on the cross for our sake, so we now take His peace and freedom into the world.

Those who are persecuted for righteousness are blessed, for the kingdom of heaven is theirs.

In a world of pain, violence, and oppression, we join in Christ’s redemptive work knowing we may treated the same way He was. Faithfulness to Christ amidst violence and hatred may draw them to Him.
