Love for Christ is shown by trusting Him in all things, especially the gospel that grants grace through faith, knowing Christ was faithful out of His love for the Father and for us.

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace

Christ’s love that bought our redemption from sin should push us to love others by bringing them face to face with His extravagant love and grace.

VerseD: Isaiah 43:18-19

“Do not remember the past events; pay no attention to things of old. Look, I am about to do something new; even now it is coming. Do you not see it? Indeed, I will make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.”

We are called to be priests under our High Priest, which is different from the Mosaic Covenant. By Christ’s redemptive work, all whose faith is in that work is made a priest to share the gospel of Christ and help each other grow closer to Him.

But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.

God has shown His love through Jesus, coming at just the right time as a human so that He could redeem us through His life, death, and resurrection. He has adopted us through Christ and sealed us with His Spirit.

VerseD: Philippians 2:7-8

but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.

The hope of Christ is that the long-awaited Messiah has come, that God Himself came to us to love like one of us to redeem us from death.

Versed: Isaiah 43:12-13

“I declared and saved and proclaimed, when there was no strange god among you; and you are my witnesses,” declares the Lord, “and I am God. Also henceforth I am he; there is none who can deliver from my hand; I work, and who can turn it back?”

The only thing we have to declare is that there is only the one, true God, who alone offers salvation through His Son. He draws us to Himself by the Holy Spirit, and His calling is forever!

Versed: Isaiah 43:11

I, I am the Lord,
    and besides me there is no savior.

Isaiah 43:11, ESV

There is only one way to eternal life with our Creator, the only God, and that is through God the Son and by the filling of the Holy Spirit. Believe in the One who alone calls us and is worthy of worship, and let us proclaim Him to the world.

Versed: Isaiah 43:10

“You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord, “and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after me.”

There is only one, true God, and He has redeemed and restored us to right relationship with Him through the Son, and He calls us to declare this truth to the world by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Versed: Isaiah 43:8-9

Bring out the people who are blind, yet have eyes, who are deaf, yet have ears! All the nations gather together, and the peoples assemble. Who among them can declare this, and show us the former things? Let them bring their witnesses to prove them right, and let them hear and say, It is true.

Our God as restored us and redeemed us. Though we have been spiritually blind and deaf, He calls to us through the gospel that we might hear Him and the truth of the cross. We then share this truth with the world.

Versed: Isaiah 43:6-7

“I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ and to the south, ‘Do not hold them back.’
Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth — everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.”

Isaiah 43:6-7, NIV

God has restored us to Himself through the Son who died on the cross. Now, by His Holy Spirit and the spreading of the Gospel, He calls us to Himself for eternal life. Believe in the One who has even restored the nation of Israel after 1900 years!
