We love the Church, knowing Christ’s love was extended through the Church to us when we were enemies of Christ, and now we seek to welcome others into the Church and Christ’s love and grace.

Then the angel of the Lord appeared to him and said, “The Lord is with you, valiant warrior.”

We love the Church, knowing God’s Spirit is within the Church, within each of us who put their faith in Christ. May we be bold in proclaiming the truth of God’s indwelling love and grace.

VerseD: Ephesians 2:8-9

For you are saved by grace  through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift — not from works, so that no one can boast.

We love the Church, knowing it is through the Church we hear the gospel of grace and receive salvation through faith. We lift  each other up with the Word.

Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child — this one is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Let us love the Church, knowing there are others who understand some things better than we do and that we need the Church to help us, like a family, following our God and Big Brother.

Let us be the Church so that we love the Church, giving thanks to God for His people.

VerseD: Proverbs 18:10

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are protected.

God loves us and became one of us because of His love, and just as Christ overcame sin and death we know we have hope for eternity and this life. Now we confidently share this love and hope with others.

“I am the bread of life,” Jesus told them. “No one who comes to me will ever be hungry, and no one who believes in me will ever be thirsty again.”

The love of Christ brought Him to redeem our lives from sin and separation, and all of our needs are met in Him. Let us move in His love to take the nourishment of the gospel to all lost and broken world.

The Word became flesh and dwelt  among us. We observed his glory, the glory as the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

The love of Christ brought Him into humanity, and we show our love for Him by taking His gospel of grace and truth to others.

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, just as it is written: The righteous will live by faith.

Love for Christ is shown by trusting Him in all things, especially the gospel that grants grace through faith, knowing Christ was faithful out of His love for the Father and for us.

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace

Christ’s love that bought our redemption from sin should push us to love others by bringing them face to face with His extravagant love and grace.
