Jesus Christ is our perfect example and eternal High Priest, our God who presents us to the Father as clean offerings because of His faithfulness in life, death, and resurrection.

Let us worship our Savior.

Although he was a son, he learned obedience through what he suffered.

Jesus demonstrated the understanding of the pain of serving God in this life, giving us the example as our High Priest so that He could present us to the Father.

In the days of his flesh, Jesus offered up prayers and supplications, with loud cries and tears, to him who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverence.

Jesus Christ is our greatest example and High Priest, the one who cried out to the Father as a human and now delivers us from death to the Father.

May we properly revere our God.

We were made in God’s image, so we should be like our Creator, the same one who gave His life for us. May we seek to honor and give to others more than meeting our own needs and wants.

Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.

We were made in the image of God, so may we treat others with the same mercy He has shown us, being patient and withholding judgment. May we love others like our Lord.

Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

Christ came as our example and to renew us. It is not just communion that we take in reverence, but we thank God for every bite, every sip, every action, and every breath we have His grace of taking.

Therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time.

We worship Christ for saving us, and now, because of His sacrifice and resurrection, may we tell others this truth and draw near to God’s throne together.

When Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished! ” Then bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

We worship Christ, because He paid our debt we could never pay and restored the relationship we could never restore. May we love others sacrificially and share the good news that “It is finished,” that we can be with God!

Christ came to be our example, and He also sent His Spirit to indwell us and help us answer those who question the faith. May we seek Him to know Him and make Him known.

Christ came to be our example, and, more than that, He came to redeem us and make us holy. Give Him praise as we live out His sacrificial love.
