God’s Word rejuvenates the soul, increases wisdom, and guides us to salvation through Jesus Christ. Seek and trust our Savior above all else.

We begin fearing the One whonwill judge our souls, then we stand in awe of His love, grace, mercy, and power.
We should have a desire to read His Word.

The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes

Our conscience confirms, the history and theology revealed in the Bible – the command to love God and others – states plainly there is right and wrong. Following God’s Law is what brings us true joy and salvation.

There is no speech, nor are there words, whose voice is not heard.

From the smallest interaction in an atom to the massive dance of galaxies, the order and cohesiveness of Creation shouts “There is a Creator!”
Listen to the voice of that Creator, pointed to by nature and revealed in the Bible.

VerseD: Psalm 19:1-2

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.

There is no reason to deny God exists. Creation itself makes it clear there is a Creator.
Seek the One Who is knows how to make and sustain this vast cosmos.

VerseD: Matthew 5:44

But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you

When we pray for and do good works toward those who mistreat us, we either heap coals on their heads for the final judgment or lead them to saving knowledge in Jesus Christ.

VerseD: Ephesians 4:2

with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love
Ephesians 4:2, ESV

As our Lord bore our sinfulness with all patience, humility, and gentleness because of His love, we should show the same to others, holding on to the hope and promise that He will return to reward our faithfulness with rest and life.

VerseD: Psalm 28:7

The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.
Psalm 28:7, ESV

We can live with confidence and thankfulness that our God has redeemed us and promised to return to restore all things.

VerseD: Psalm 91:1-2

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
Psalm 91:1‭-‬2, ESV

Our comfort and peace in this life is our God, and He is our hope for the future, that He will return and remove all evil and suffering when He makes all things new.

VerseD: 2 Thessalonians 3:3

But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.
2 Thessalonians 3:3, ESV

Our Lord will deal with those who persecute the Church and the one who attacks the faithful, especially when He returns. He will hold His faithful in His faithfulness until then.
