God is our Creator and Savior, granting us rest from sins by becoming one of us to give Himself for our sins.
God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, for on it he rested from all his work of creation.

God is our Creator and example, showing us to rest regularly, to know when to stop a work and to enjoy what has been done.

God is with us by the Holy Spirit, having saved us by grace through faith in Christ, helping us overcome fear and doubt.
