He is not here! For He has been resurrected, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay.
Matthew 28:6, HCSB
God has come for us and made a way for us to be with Him. Evil tried to kill Him, but He could not stay dead. Our Lord is risen! We have hope for eternity with Him!
Here is the Sunrise Service from the home of one of the members of Paulden Christian Fellowship.
Pastor Paul Trout and his wife Kitty led the music. I (Daniel Klem) gave the message.
There are no notes, and the video is of the sunrise. The rest is audio.
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. Genesis 1:1-3, ESV
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1:1-5, ESV

1 John 3:16, HCSB
God has come for us, and He has made a way for us to be with Him forever. His love is shown in the death of Christ, confirmed in the resurrection. Let us love with God’s love.

Isaiah 53:5, HCSB
God comforts and protects us, even by becoming a man to to take the punishment for our sins and heal us from the shame and fear that it brings.

John 16:33, HCSB
God comforts and protects us, knowing that our faith in Him may bring persecution and danger, but that in Christ we can have peace knowing we will be with Him forever eternity.
keeping our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that lay before Him endured a cross and despised the shame and has sat down at the right hand of God’s throne.
Hebrews 12:2, HCSB
God comforts and protects us, ultimately giving us faith, growing our faith, and saving us from our sin and it’s consequences through faith in Christ’s work on the cross.
“just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life — a ransom for many.”
Matthew 20:28, HCSB
God comforts and protects us, most importantly by serving our greatest need of forgiveness from sin and reconciliation with God through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Here is the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
John 1:29, HCSB
God comforts and protects us, first by comforting us in the freedom from our sins bought by Jesus’ blood and then in protecting us from spiritual attacks and the shame of our past.
Do we truly love the Lord our God with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strengths? Maybe I can help with the mind part, at least! This is Daniel M. Klem, apparent poet, reluctant yet passionate Disciple (Peter?), and foolish man attempting to understand theology!
