VerseD: Isaiah 26:4

Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock.

God has proven Himself faithful and true, as shown through the cross. We can trust Him.

Trust Him.

Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation. Selah

Psalm 68:19, ESV

This life is not our own. We cannot save ourselves, and we need God’s help each day. (Whether we realize it or not.)

Give me thankful praise.

VerseD: Psalm 56:3

When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.

Psalm 56:3, ESV

This life can be scary, and people may come against us, but God should be feared more. We can trust His Word that He has us and won’t abandon us if our faith is Him Him alone.

VerseD: Isaiah 43:2

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.

Isaiah 43:2, ESV

God can save us from anything, but He protects and leads us especially through the persecutions of this world and from the flames of eternal torment.

Trust in the Son.

The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all.

God never changes, because He is outside of time; He is eternal. He interacts with us in time, but we can trust that He is in control of everything and is consistently good.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

We know we trust in the hope of salvation and Christ’s return, because He is our God who does not change.

VerseD: Isaiah 41:13

For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.”

God is with us all the time, but exorcism in our time of need. Trust Him.

Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!

Our God is in control.

Be patient. Trust Him. He may not fix all of our problems in this life, but He is coming again for us with eternal life.

Be strong in the Lord.

VerseD: Matthew 6:25

“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?”

Our biggest concern should be the destination of our souls. Knowing Christ has redeemed us by His blood should remind us that God can obviously meet our physical needs, as well.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”

The Church (and therefore the people) may be the Temple of God (so we should love the Church), but it is the Lord Himself who is our hope and redemption.
