Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful.

In our sin, we are slapping God in the face. He has every right to destroy us.
But He relents in His love us. Likewise, we should show mercy to those who mistreat, abuse, and are mean to us.
Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.

Age means little in the Kingdom of God. We are all called to seek God, study His Word, live righteously in the power of the Holy Spirit, and bring others along in Christ.
The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him.

Our world is a mess and scary, but God has given us peace and hope through Christ who has redeemed us and understands us. He holds us firmly in His hands.

Most things in this life are not inherently bad, but our desire for them can definitely be. Let Christ be our treasure, and may we point others to glorify God through Him.

As messed up as our world is, we are called by the God who loves us to love with patience, kindness, and humility Christ showed us.

With everyone doing “what is right in their own eyes,” this world gets crazy and dangerous, but we can find peace and comfort from God in His Word.
He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

Too many start with their own will, and this is not good.
We are to seek the Lord’s justice, Love in His kindness, and know these by honestly seeking His will and living by it.
Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad.

Beyond the things of this life, our own sin can cause us worry and fear (anxiety). Thankfully, God sent Jesus to save us from our sin and the Holy Spirit to give us hope for eternal peace.
And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
Galatians 6:9, ESV
Our God did the ultimate good, by sacrificing Christ for us. Now, we have the Holy Spirit within us to empower us to do good works for His glory and help us make eternity that much better.
