Many will try to tell us there are many ways to truth or to find our own truth, but Jesus has told us He is the embodiment and source of truth.

Pray that His grace and truth can flow through your life.

VerseD: 1 Peter 5:8-9

Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world.

Temptations and persecutions come to God’s faithful, but God is on our side.

Let us pray for all those who face persecution daily, and lift up those under spiritual attack daily.

This is very timely. This next weekend is the Prescott-area Truth Quest Youth Apologetics Conference. The theme this year is Truth & Unity.

Let us pray for unity in God’s Church, and please offer a special prayer for our youth.

VerseD: Ephesians 6:18

praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints

We help change the world when we start in prayer to our Lord and lift up all who share the gospel. (Which should be all of us!)

VerseD: 1 Peter 4:10

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace

Let us remember to thank God for the gifts He gives us and that we can serve His body faithfully. His gifts are not for us individually but for all of us to grow in Christ.

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.

Let us remember where our trust lies, that we can ask God who grants us peace when we trust Him and ask Him.

Let us remember to thank God for His Word, asking that it change us and urge us forward in our walk with Christ, giving us wisdom and truth.

God provides all of our needs. Let us remember to ask and thank Him.

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

We confess our sins knowing our God has said He will forgive us, and we show our love Him when we hear each other’s confessions and pray for each other.
