Can I Call Today Revelation 4 Day?

I noticed that today is 12/12/24, and that made me think of the 24 elders around the throne in John’s vision from Jesus.

So, I want to call today Revelation 4 Day as a day to remember that God is sovereign and we will all bow down before Him.

(That should be everyday!)

VerseD: Hebrews 4:16

Therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time.

Hebrews 4:16, HCSB‬

We worship Christ for saving us, and now, because of His sacrifice and resurrection, may we tell others this truth and draw near to God’s throne together.

VerseD: Psalm 103:19

The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all.

Psalm‬ ‭103:19‬, ‭ESV‬

God is in control. He is beyond time and space yet holds it all together in His might. Give Him all glory.

VerseD: Hebrews 4:16

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Hebrews 4:16, ESV

No one can see the face of God and live.

That is, unless we have a High Priest who made a way for us – by grace through faith in His death and resurrection – to draw near to God.

VerseD: Hebrews 4:16

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Hebrews 4:16, ESV

We know we have a God who completely understands us, because He became and lived as one of us, without sin, and died on our behalf and rise again to glory.

So we know He listens when we call, and we can ask anything anytime without fear or shame.

VerseD: Hebrews 4:16

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16, ESV

We have access to the throne of God through the work of Christ and by the Holy Spirit, so whether we face hardship, persecution, a desire to share the gospel, or want to say thank You: we can speak to God.

VerseD: Hebrews 4:16

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16, ESV

God understands us, for He became one of us through the Son who lived amongst us, was tempted as we are, and died for our sins. We now know we can draw near to Him as faithful servants and sons (and daughters!)
