The world will tell we are all we need. The devil will try to convince us we can save ourselves. Only in Jesus can we be saved, and only God can accomplish anything.
fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10, ESV
The world and the devil want to hold us back and lead us from righteousness, but, even if we stumble, God is there to help us overcome and thrive.
And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
Hebrews 10:24-25, ESV
Knowing our own sinfulness and the devil’s schemes, we gather together as believers in God to encourage each other in Christ and His Word.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
Ephesians 6:11, ESV
The devil wishes to stop us from obeying God, but when we are prepared for His tactics, he is powerless against us.
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19, ESV
Our sovereign God manages the universe. He can make sure we have everything we need. Trust Him, especially for the salvation of your soul.
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
1 Corinthians 10:13, ESV
Our sovereign God knows our weaknesses and understands our temptations, and He helps us overcome them without forcing us by His Holy Spirit.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.

Out God is sovereign, as shown in His power over death and life, so may we seek and honor Him in all we say and do.

Our God is sovereign over all. He can handle and do anything, and we can trust in Him. Give Him glory!
Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

When we realize our God is sovereign over everything, that He has saved us from Condemnation and wrath, we can have true peace in knowing there is nothing He can’t handle and we have to do to be saved.
Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”

We try to live our own life, but Christ calls us to live for and like Him. He can sovereignly control us, yet He guides us by His Holy Spirit when we trust in Him.
