Jesus is God, controlling all of creation, and He has put His Spirit in His Church. We can encourage and strengthen each other in His power, knowing the same power that created and calms nature can affect our lives through the Church.

God moves in and with us, guiding us and strengthening us, and the primary way He does this is by the Holy Spirit through His Church. Trust Him and be with His people.

For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Christ moves in us no matter the circumstances, using our weaknesses and strengths for His glory and for the Chirch. He also helps us through the Church, other broken and weak people to help each other.

We all struggle, and it’s okay to admit it. God has given us the Church to work together through life and to worship Him.

Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience

Let us be patiently kind to each other with the kindness of Christ, compassionate with each other in the humility of knowing we each struggle in some areas, knowing we need help to get through.

We are called to unity in Christ, and it starts with looking out for each other’s needs before our own, just as Christ put our need for salvation over His own rights as God.

We are called to unity in Christ, forgiving each other and knowing we are forgiven in Christ. We help each other get past our sins, knowing God has removed all guilt and shame.

We are called to unity in Christ, and it is something that the world will notice. May we abide in Christ and with each other.

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

We are called to unity in Christ, and to get there we should be focus on all the good things God has given us and done for us, especially our salvation. We don’t ignore bad things, but we focus on what is good.

We have unity in Christ, and we should seek the best for all in the Church and the the world, realizing most people are unaware of the harm they cause. Show grace, love, and patience with all people.
