VerseD: Isaiah 9:6

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 9:6, ESV

The promise is not that God would make a visit to us. God has come, and He is reigning over Earth from Heaven through His Holy Spirit-filled Church.

Let us spread the Kingdom of our God who is with us.

VerseD: Isaiah 40:31

but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40:31, ESV

We await the second advent of our Lord, and when He comes we shall meet Him on the clouds. This hope carries us ever forward, bringing as many along in faith as we are able by Hos power.

VerseD: John 1:14

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:14, ESV

The most impossible thing happened: God became like us, God the Son taking on flesh to share His grace and truth with us to the glory of God the Father and for our salvation from wrath against sin.

VerseD: John 13:35

“By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Sacrificially and even amidst pain.

VerseD: Matthew 5:14

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.”

Matthew 5:14, ESV

Christ has put His light in us, and we shine brightest when we are together. He uses us to shine in a world of darkness.

VerseD: Isaiah 9:2

The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shone.

Isaiah 9:2, ESV

We all walk in the darkness of sin, unable to break through. God came to us in the Person of Jesus, the source of light breaking through our darkness.

By this light we are saved from sin.

VerseD: Isaiah 7:14

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Isaiah 7:14, ESV

God came to us, and He told us what to expect: the impossible. But what is impossible with man is possible with God (Luke 18:27), especially our salvation.

And He lived with us to buy our salvation.

VerseD: Isaiah 55:11

so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

Isaiah 55:11, ESV

God sent His Truth into the world. The gospel will be preached to the whole world, and all will bow before Christ.

Choose Life now. Choose love and God’s Way.

VerseD: 1 John 4:15

Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

1 John 4:15, ESV

We must acknowledge that Jesus is the second Person of the Trinity, the Son of God who is God, or we do not have God in our life.

VerseD: Matthew 6:33

But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

Matthew 6:33, ESV

We want to change the world, but it only happens when we seek the kingdom and righteousness of God in our own life and let Him move through us.
