The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork.

There is ample evidence that there is a God. He is revealed in nature and through His Word – the Bible and the Son.

VerseD: Luke 6:38

“give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”

Luke 6:38, ESV

God has given us new life in Christ. May we abundantly share that life with others, drawing them to the Father and the Son through the work of the Holy Spiritb who shares abundantly.

VerseD: Hebrews 10:24-25

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Jesus came to proclaim the good news of reconciliation with God. We are now sent to fo the same as we await His return, so we mist encourage each other to continue spreading the Gospel.

VerseD: 1 John 5:14

And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us.

1 John 5:14, ESV

We can know we are saved in Christ, and as we become more Christ-like, we want the same things as God. We will ask for the things He wants more and more, especially that which brings others to Him and bring ls Him glory.

VerseD: Romans 5:3-5

Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

The Holy Spirit empowers us to endure suffering, knowing it is making us more Christ-like, like the One who suffered for us, that we may proclaim Christ all the more.

VerseD: John 14:6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

John 14:6, ESV

There is only one way to salvation, to reconciliation with God, and that is by grace through faith in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Let us be bold in sharing this truth with the world.

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.

We already stood condemned before God. Jesus came as our way out of condemnation and from God’s wrath against all unrighteousness.

Shouldn’t we want to tell people about that?

Even with peers my own age, I was one of those odd ones who was marginalized because I went hostile to the Gospel to fully evangelical. I was put in leadership, like Jimmy discusses.

I found it easier to talk with others. Now, I have some youth who find it easier to talk with me and therefore others, because they are the “odd ones out.”
