VerseD: Psalm 19:1-2

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims his handiwork. Day to day pours out speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.
Psalm 19:1‭-‬2, ESV

There is no reason to deny God exists. Creation itself makes it clear there is a Creator.
Seek the One Who is knows how to make and sustain this vast cosmos.

VerseD: Ephesians 4:2

with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love
Ephesians 4:2, ESV

As our Lord bore our sinfulness with all patience, humility, and gentleness because of His love, we should show the same to others, holding on to the hope and promise that He will return to reward our faithfulness with rest and life.

VerseD: Psalm 28:7

The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him.
Psalm 28:7, ESV

We can live with confidence and thankfulness that our God has redeemed us and promised to return to restore all things.

VerseD: Psalm 91:1-2

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
Psalm 91:1‭-‬2, ESV

Our comfort and peace in this life is our God, and He is our hope for the future, that He will return and remove all evil and suffering when He makes all things new.

VerseD: 2 Thessalonians 3:3

But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.
2 Thessalonians 3:3, ESV

Our Lord will deal with those who persecute the Church and the one who attacks the faithful, especially when He returns. He will hold His faithful in His faithfulness until then.

VerseD: Deuteronomy 30:16

If you obey the commandments of the Lord your God that I command you today, by loving the Lord your God, by walking in his ways, and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and his rules, then you shall live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land that you are entering to take possession of it.
Deuteronomy 30:16, ESV

God explained His commandments, statutes, and rules simply: Love God, love people, love the Church.
Our blessing? Eternal life through and with the Son!

Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!
Psalm 27:14, ESV

Our Lord is not slow in coming nor to deal with injustice. He is coming soon! Wait patiently and faithfully, as He is patient and faithful with us!

VerseD: Psalm 23:1-2

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.
Psalm 23:1‭-‬2, ESV

Our God leads us, comforts us, and provides for us in more ways than we understand. He gives a peace we cannot fathom. He gives rest to our weary souls.

VerseD: Acts 1:9

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Acts 1:8, ESV

The greatest reason we receive the Holy Spirit is to share the Gospel: the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus for our forgiveness.
If anything is taught as more important, that is a false Gospel from a false spirit.

VerseD: Isaiah 41:13

For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.”
Isaiah 41:13, ESV

God is nearest the lowly, it is said. Yet, God is omnipresent – everywhere. We are more aware of Him when at our lowest.
That is when we get ourselves out of the way and listen to the One comforting us and guiding us in truth.
