Whoever pursues righteousness and kindness will find life, righteousness, and honor.

Living a life of peace fosters peace. Seeking peace with and for God through Jesus Christ brings eternal life and possibly life for others to His glory.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”
John 3:16, ESV
Lost in our sin, we were doomed to eternal death and suffering.
Yet, God loves. In His love, He sent Jesus to take our punishment and offer us forgiveness and eternal life.
If we only believe and trust.
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
John 11:25-26, ESV
Only in Christ do we have hope of eternal life, even if we die before His return, because He is Life and hope for resurrection.
Do you believe this?
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 6:23, ESV
We deserve death for our rebellion against God, but Jesus took our penalty on the cross. Now we hope in eternity with our risen Lord.
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 10:9, ESV
The most foolish thing we can do is deny that Jesus lived, died, and rose again.
But if we truly believe this, we have an eternity of joy and peace with Him awaiting!
And the Lord will be king over all the earth. On that day the Lord will be one and his name one.
Zechariah 14:9, ESV
We are able to share the good news that one day God will put an end to all evil and suffering, and to be a part of it all only takes faith in the work of Christ.
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”
Matthew 5:4, ESV
We are blessed when we realize our wretchedness compared to God, and we mourn the sin the separates us from God – our own sins and the sins of others.
For only then can we seek the blessing of forgiveness and eternal life in Jesus Christ.
“no weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication from me, declares the Lord.”
Isaiah 54:17, ESV
When found in Christ, the worst people can do to us is kill us, for they would be sending us to God.
And we have truth on our side, so we can preach with boldness.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:57, ESV
In Christ, Death has no more hold on us. Hold firm to His promises, and fear not what people may do to us, for we await eternal life with our Lord.
The reward for humility and fear of the Lord is riches and honor and life.
Proverbs 22:4, ESV
The Bible does not necessarily promise riches, honor, and life in this life. It is clear that we definitely inherit the richness of righteousness, the honor of the King of Creation, and eternal life in Christ.
