The Bible points us to Christ, helps us grow in Christ, and helps us lead others in and for Christ.

Trust the Word. Trust God.

For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.”

The Gospel reveals the Faithful One who has made us righteous.

Place your faith in Jesus in all things, especially your salvation.

For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

Do you believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, who trashes away our sins?

Have you told others?

VerseD: John 11:25-26

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

Only in Christ do we have hope of eternal life, even if we die before His return, because He is Life and hope for resurrection.

Our hearts are deceitful and wicked, so only the Lord of Life can cleanse us. Therefore, protect it by trusting in our God and Savior.

We must believe and confess that belief that Jesus is the living, incarnate Son of God – God in flesh – to be saved.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Our Creator knows what’s best for us. Trust Him to guide in all of life.

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

We don’t confess sins to gossip or hold something over others. Instead, we confess to begin healing and show we believe God can heal and forgive.

For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.

The Old Testament revealed God and described Christ.

The New Testament revealed Christ and described life and hope.

Believe.

because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

The most foolish thing we can do is deny that Jesus lived, died, and rose again.

But if we truly believe this, we have an eternity of joy and peace with Him awaiting!
