We can have peace in the midst of the craziness of this life, but most especially we have peace from shame and with God when we are found in Christ.

We long for peace and fellowship, and when we believe in Christ, His Holy Spirit flows through us, giving us inner peace and peace with God and others.

In a world hostile toward God and His truth, it is easy to feel anxious and scared.
Yet He has given us His peace to endure and proclaim truth all the more.
“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

This world can be overwhelming, but Jesus has sent the Holy Spirit that His peace may fill and comfort us.
For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.

Spiritual death is ever lurking, and it drags down those around us when we give in to fleshly desires. Yet, when we choose to follow the Holy Spirit, we have peace within and shared with those around us.
Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.”

As Jesus was sent by the Father to save the world, we are sent to spread that good news to the world. The world can then see the peace we have in a crazy, messed up, fallen world and want that peace.
