As Christians, we have the truth. No argument can defeat God’s truth.
And even if people try to hurt or kill us, we still have eternal life waiting for us in Christ.
for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
2 Timothy 1:7, ESV
We should not shrink back from sharing God’s truth with a rebellious, fallen world. We have the power to obey Christ’s commands and love by the Holy Spirit.
This is a little on the long side, but it explains parts of apologetics very well, especially coming from a Young Earth perspective.

The only thought I would add to Wally’s commentary is that it is good for pastors to know and meet with other leaders, for accountability and encouragement. Both are helpful and needed for Christ’s Church. Otherwise, here is his continuation of the series on the Seven Churches of Revelation.
