God has said He will be with us, and we invite this relationship when we repent of our sins and love as He has called us. Wonderfully, He is in us helping us along the way.
For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Galatians 1:10, ESV
God has said He will be with us, and this should encourage and empower us to obey His commands even when pressured by the world and even friends and family to live for ourselves or to make others happy before God.
“Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”
Matthew 6:34, ESV
God has said He will be with us, so with the hope of His presence and eternity, we can love without fear of what the day may bring.
And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

God has said He will be with us, which He does by the Holy Spirit, who points us to Christ and makes us more like Him every day.
We hired a secretary this year, and it has been so helpful. We tell her frequently how grateful we are for her, but it is a good reminder to keep showing our gratitude!
Pray for church secretaries, too, because they face many obstacles and spiritual attacks, too!

We are saved in Christ alone, and as God He knows us beyond intimately, better than we know ourselves. He is our Creator and Savior and worthy of all love and praise.

We are saved in Christ alone, and we must confess this truth to be saved. We will also live in such a way as to show we belong to Him.
Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.

We are saved in Christ alone, and His life, death, and resurrection gives us hope for eternity and encouragement to be joyful and seek God continuously in prayer.

We are saved in Christ alone, for only He is strong enough, good enough, and faithfulness enough to save. Let us believe and praise Him.
