VerseD: 2 Thessalonians 3:3

But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.

2 Thessalonians 3:3, ESV

We like to think we’re indestructible or that “it won’t happen to me.”

Bad things can happen to all of us, and we face an end to this life. Our faithful God has lifted us up in Christ, and He fights for us with the Holy Spirit.

VerseD: 1 Peter 5:10

And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

1 Peter 5:10, ESV

God sent His Son to die for us, yet He rose again. They send the Holy Spirit Empower us to suffer for His name’s sake.

He will raise us up, too.
