As we live in this world, we will be encumbered and afflicted with worries, anxieties, and fears.
But our God can and does save us, giving us strength and joy in the midst of evil and suffering. Lean on Him.

No one wants to die. It is our God who takes away the fear and permanence of death if we believe and trust in Him.
Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!

We walk according God’s will, seeking His glory. Life might not go the way we expect, but we know God is in control and holds us in His hands.
Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise.

We can give thanks to God in everything, but we can also ask for healing and peace. Whether He grants that request in this life, we can praise Him that we know we await eternal life free from pain and suffering.
