VerseD: 1 Timothy 2:5-6

For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time.

Jesus came at the perfect time to teach us truth and save our souls, and now He sits at the right hand of the Father to rule and contend for us.
The Holy Spirit now empowers us to point others to our Savior.

VerseD: Zephaniah 3:17

The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.
Zephaniah 3:17, ESV

It is God who saves, who quiets the confusion and hurts we have with His amazing love.
And He celebrates our salvation with all the angels of heaven!

VerseD: Isaiah 54:10

For the mountains may depart and the hills be removed, but my steadfast love shall not depart from you, and my covenant of peace shall not be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.
Isaiah 54:10, ESV

Through Jesus, we know that the world as we know it will come to an end, but because of God’s great love, we shall remain in His peace on Earth forever.

VerseD: Joshua 24:15

And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

There is no “fake it til you make it” verse in the Bible. Do not put up pretenses for the sake of others.
Fully commit to serving God (it is okay to have doubts) or admit your lack of faith.

VerseD: Romans 15:13

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.

Only in Christ by the Holy Spirit to the glory of the Father can we find true peace and joy, and it is bolstered by the hope of Jesus’ imminent return in power.

“Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”
Revelation 4:11, ESV

God deserves our worship, for He is our mighty Creator of all things.

VerseD: Ephesians 3:20-21

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Ephesians 3:20‭-‬21, ESV

God’s foremost goal is not giving us all we ask for, rather it is to grow us more like Christ for His glory which will bring more people to Him.
That is the foremost work in us: the salvation of others to His glory as we look more like His Son.

VerseD: 1 Corinthians 3:16

Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?

We are not freed and empowered to merely make ourselves happy or make up our own rules for life.
We are freed and empowered to share the love, grace, and forgiveness of God, and we are His, sealed with the Holy Spirit.

VerseD: 2 Corinthians 12:9

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Live a weak life.
God’s grace and strength move through us when we are humble and admit our need for Him.

He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.
Isaiah 40:29, ESV

God uses the weak in this world to change the world.
Live a weak life. See what God can do through you when you humbly submit to Him.
