‭For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.

God created humans for fellowship, with Him and each other, and that was ruined by our sin. But He loved us enough to come Himself to remove sin from all who believe this to restore fellowship.
