We have a couple of fathers in our congregation currently striving. One became a Christian just this past January. Another saw his son choose to be baptized, and it is encouraging him to take faith more seriously.
It takes work. It takes sacrifice. It takes rhw Church.

I was supposed to be on vacation for the wedding of a former youth (31 years old) and one of the first two young men I discipled in AZ. Unfortunately, I “threw out” my back while packing (literally turning with a pair of shoes in my hand! That’s it! ), so instead I have been stuck at home resting (with one excursion to a massage.)
I have been catching up on missed blogs myself while down.
Get much rest, brother!
I keep a cane handy just in case while walking, and I am a little stiff getting up and down from chairs/the bed. But a friend of a friend who is a doctor says I seem to be mending really well!
Do we truly love the Lord our God with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strengths? Maybe I can help with the mind part, at least! This is Daniel M. Klem, apparent poet, reluctant yet passionate Disciple (Peter?), and foolish man attempting to understand theology!
