Our Lord never changes. He is always loving, compassionate, and just. His Word is still true: He does not abide sin [for long], but took our punishment on Himself, if we believe it. Otherwise, those who refuse to follow Him are still under His wrath.
It must be done. Too many today forget our avoid mentioning sin and its consequences, and we have millions who only know of God’s love, thinking there are different gods from the Old Testament to the New Testament or that God has … changed.
Do we truly love the Lord our God with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strengths? Maybe I can help with the mind part, at least! This is Daniel M. Klem, apparent poet, reluctant yet passionate Disciple (Peter?), and foolish man attempting to understand theology!
